Individuals that are severely retarded such as you tend to have IQ scores of 20-40. And may master very basic self-care skills and some communication skills. Some severely retarded individuals are able to live in a group home such as kennels. I pity the dogs.

As far as my Census: I believe that since the OBAMA COALITION has has taken control of it many of the questions are intrusive into our futures.
When we count people without asking if they are citizens then we are causing a mis-distribution of tax dollars into areas that do not collect taxes. I do not want taxation without representation.
Also, when congregational district lines are drawn up by race. This proves we do not live in a blind society - but a racist society whether you like or not.

Read the U.S. Constitution, it says the census is an enumeration of all persons, That doesn't mean all citizens.
