At least Phil post,s under his real name. I may not always agree with him but at least he has the stuff to sign his name to it.

What I'm saying is that Behun claims he's a great trainer but who are his students? I mean what accomplished SchH person seeks him out for his knowledge and wisdom? Nobody! He posted a video on the boards a couple of years ago touting his Master son as the "next great thing" and we never heard of the dog again. Now, he claims it's because there isn't a helper in his area that can work malinios. Baloney! He can't put the dog together and blaims it on decoy issues because he can't accept the fact that he is just not competent enough to title the dog with respectable scores. We'll see about his next "superstar". I highly doubt we'll see Behun do anything with this great young prospect. He is a great internet trainer, that's without a doubt. But, you don't have to back anything up on the computer. Lol!

MOM,,,,please, I thought we got this straightened out at the last Christmas party.
I really hate to go down this path again but if I knew who you were, I would. I do appreciate however your placing me on the same field with Bart Bellon. Whether he chooses to compete again or not is his decision it does not diminish his accomplishments. Making the podium with my FR dog Taureau is/was a personal goal, not meant to impress you. NO I DID NOT PUT THE FOUNDATION TRAINING ON HIM. I purchased him from Henri Barteau of France, that's no secret. I did however put the highest score he achieved in his scorebook at 292.30 on a strange field with a French judge. Which says to me I made some things better. At that time, I had owned the dog less than a year and was on the recovery trail from having a heart attack that destroyed a good portion of my heart muscle. Not an excuse, just fact.
If you would like do discuss this further I will be at the AWDF at least on Saturday and since you obviously know me so well, you know what I look like. Just in case though, I will wear a little "HELLO, my name is.........badge. Better yet, I'll carry a sign over my head like at the airport. Oh snap, I'll have to put my own name on it because NONE OF US KNOW YOURS. (I bet we do, but you're just keeping it a secret you little stinker).
Don't even get me started on dogs that have won championships that were not owned or trained by their handlers. Do I have to list a history of my trial record and bore everyone who visits here? I am sure it is of very little interest to 99.9% of them.

Behun,
How much training did you really do when you just said you had the dog less than a year and was recovering from a major heart attack? Don't think you trained much at all with him...just riding on someone else's coat-tails. Lol!
You may be spectating, but you definitely won't be competing at the AWDF...this year or anytime soon. Can't put a dog together to show at a national event anymore. Or at a club trial for that matter. ;-)

You two must know each other.
Whata world whata world.

Are you entered?
BTW, I never tout anything as "the next great thing". A dog's a dog and things happen. You will never, ever hear me say "watch out for us this year". That's a statement for newbies and I have never/will never use(d) it. I may say I have something I really like but that is as far as it goes. How about you??? Got something you really like? When will we be graced with your presence on the center line? Can you stop beating the proverbial dead horse about how I will never do a club trial ever, ever again? Maybe I'll just retire because I know I'll never be as good as you or live up to your standard of dogdom,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,or should that read dog--dumb.

Truth,
The toy's are a NVBK thing, it helps softens a dog with
strong drives and keeps them focused. Bart always
does very well every time he works a dog in a trial or
training field. But that is not why I like him so much.
He teaches the best trainers how to train dogs in
all the dog sports, and he will give the same attention
to a newbie as he would a veteran.
To summarize in dog sports NVBK, FR RING, and Dutch PH
are the hardest, but when it come to just protection I think
the Germans teach this the best meaning the SV. Unfortunately
IPO, and SCH is very, very weak in Obedience. The NVBK
program is setup for reality dog training, And the FR Ring also,
but more so with NVBK. Bart is one of the few people who teaches them
all how to train dogs properly, and he has done this a very long time.
He has the respect of just about everybody I know. And I know a lot
of people. Phil is a good trainer, 292 in FR Ring gives him bragging rights
for sure. But Phil is Phil. Most people like Bart, Mike and Phil.
The 392 Bart posted was in 2008 I think, he has a very good dog
right now you should see this dog. Bart says it's his best dog ever.
If nothing else you can tell him what a big phony he is.
