Excellent work Jason. You prove that man's spirit is stronger than any disability. Onward and upward and best of luck to you in Reno if you go.

Jason,
Congratulations!  I watched the video and you and Dante are a super team.  He is an excellent dog and you are a great trainer, way to go.  It is really nice watching your dog work with you, what a happy high drive dog.  Really excellent.

Best of luck at the Nationals and keep us posted.

Jim

Jason,

Cascade has a club trial  May 8, Snohomish May 29, Willamette at the end of June.   Rose City -- I don't think they have any trials scheduled, yet.  Of course, you can get the qualifying score at the regionals, but ...presssure!   Come on up in May.  I think the tracking may be the gazillion acres on the other side of the training field, so everything would be "one stop."   Of course, Willamette will undoubtedly be using the turf farm for tracking, which might be easier to navigate.

Nia,

Thank you for the update, I am considering those but I am having to pick and choose sometimes based in trial field condition. I tried at Gary Parks club a few months back but because of all the rain I about got stuck, hes got a great field but it through Dante & I off in our coordination. Do you know where Willamette is holding their trial? Tracking is going to kill me so I need to glean as much as I can out of Obedience & Protection so its becoming more and more important I pick locations I can easily move around on. They just dint make these flipping chairs like they use to.

Jason,

Cascade's trial field is flat and "easy" to navigate, but if there is a lot of rain, it could pose a problem for you.  But, that would be the case anywhere in the PNW, aka the Great Northwet.

Snohomish's field may be more problematical, as  it is a little hike from the parking area over "rolling" ground  next to pastures to the trial field.  However, I am sure that the Schneiders would allow you to park and approach the field from the house, rather than the parking area.   ( The training/trial field is on their property behind their house.)  Also, the Snohomish trial is at the end of May, when everything is more likely to be nice and dry and sunny.    I am not sure where the tracking it going to be, but will most likely be pasture.  Could be at the  prison farm.

Willamette's trial will be at the stadium on Park in Woodburn.   It should be dry there, too.

Jason, I have an immune disorder that knocks me out of training for weeks at a time, and I have to say, YOU are what has kept me in the sport as long as I have been in it. Your name came up awhile back when we were talking about feeling too old to train...you are a great example for some of us. I am subscribed to your youtube channel, too!
