Hello Jamie, as has been stated above, a Sch. title is not an accurate indication of a dog's willingness to protect.
Also, when you start taking a dog that is tough enough to meet your needs out in puplic, then you have a whole other set of circumstances.
The dog would have to be either confined to your shop or vechicle or under absolute control if allowed off leash in puplic, which I am assuming is your idea, to have one watch your back while you go about your job. If he were to take a bite out of a passerby while you were distracted by your job then you and your business would probably pay a price.
