If I am correct gh in English was come up with to pronounce frreign letter (no English), like in Arabic we have a person name Ghazi (gh) is for such a letter like sound ighghgh with stress on gh like when you make gharghara with mouth wash.

It is pronounced fich or maybe fish ? I forgot how the ti is pronounced but either sh or ch.
