Yeah LAV, but I guess I should have added "again". It doesn't say how serious the first injury was, but at least they lived. If they were going to kill, better the owner and better now that they can't do it again. Poetic justice?

It's poetic, all right...
Imagine, your dogs attack someone, and you fight for YEARS to save their lives, finally winning the right to keep them. Then they attack and kill you. End of story. Tombstone reads, "Here lies a very foolish human..."
