I have witnesses who will stand in court, and say the same dog I got from Bobs was the same one microchipped, and X-rayed. Both in Georgetown, and in Ohio. Let it go Hans. He knows good and well it’s Hemi. I’m sure he has watched her X-ray on video. I don’t care what he says, or what you think. I’m confident I have done everything necessary. I’m confident I’ve given him every opportunity to face me with the dog, and there’s nothing left to say.

Again, he wasn’t the owner of the dog. Therefore he has no microchip. Maybe he should have thought about that. When he was busy being shady. I am her legal owner, and I am reporting her bad hips.
I’m disappointed that not once have you voiced concern about a dog who is in pain that Bob thinks should be used for breeding anyway. Speaks volumes.

Also, I have an attorney on this matter. His name is Mr. Lambert in Ironton Ohio. Bob knows that. I don’t need legal advice, although I appreciate your efforts Hans. Lol You can’t make Bob look like the good guy here, because he isn’t.

I have voiced concern!!! But if it goes to court that is not the issue. I am just trying to help you by telling you what will happen if you go to court. You either want sympathy or reality.
BTW Here is a post where I say that I care for the dog.:"So who microchipped the dog? Him or you? If him you are fine. If you then you may have a problem in court to prove the identity of the dog. I am just saying all this to point out what you are up against if this goes to court otherwise I can not care less except that I feel sorry for the dog. "
Whatever. Good luck and take care.

There is no issue proving the dogs identity when there is such a thing as a frickin DNA Profile which CAN BE DONE THROUGH FRICKIN AKC (VET CERTIFIED AND SHIT!) Also, if the vet verified the Chip number before the OFAs were taken, the results will be posted on AKC as well!
JFC!

Prager, it almost seems you are trying to intimidate the OP, (maybe as a proxy for someone else), by continually bring up "court".
this is a sad situation for the dog and the OP.
the OP has covered the bases very well.
court cost money, sometimes lots of it, and scammers like the one she dealt with stay as far away from courts and the law as possible. they only want the easy money. and it's easier to just find another victim than fight the last victim.
jmo,
Rik

Rick, credible evidence of good faith? What the hekk is that? Either it is evidence or it is a faith. Evidence of faith may mean a lot here on PDB and amongst friends, but not in court where this conflict seems to be heading. Credible?! Meryl Streep is extremally credible in Sophies Choice yet Meryl Streep never really ingested sodium cyanide. This is about evidence. My intention is not to intimidate Anne, my intention is for her to prepare if it goes to court. If someone is intimidated by reading what will happen in court - if it goes to court - then the good idea is to prepare better by having evidence. So far as see no proof that the dog at question is the dog which was provided by Bob Fox. I am not saying that it is not such a dog, what I am saying is that I do not see any evidence. That is all.
Of course, I should be no fool and take more to heart a book Man are from Mars and Women are from Venus. Then we can all keep happily in singing Kumbaya my Lord, kumbaya
Oh Lord, kumbaya
