Yep, if ex-military keep going after the police with assault rifles, what will happen will happen. Instead of trying to blame it on someone, lay the blame where it belongs. Assault style weapons have no business on the streets. Wait, the worst is yet to come. You have trained career police officers getting mowed down with these weapons and somehow you feel safer with them on the streets? Another legal gun and here we are blaming it on Obama, SMH. Also, for someone who has railed against Christianity you are all about black clergy going after Obama because they are mad about gay rights, got to rank this post up there with the most hypocritical post in these forums.

I don't know how allowing gay marriage fosters lawlessness. I mean, I get the idea that is trying to be put out there that Obama has overstepped his Constitutional powers which in turn promotes the same sort of "lawlessness" as shooting cops, I just think it's a stretch even if Obama has done that. Cops have been getting shot long before Obama was president. We had domestic terror groups, if one wants to consider BLM that, long before Obama. There has been lawlessness and violence, deadly violence, in the inner cities long before Obama became president. Who was president when the whole Rodney King incident and its aftermath happened? It wasn't Obama.

Also, the idea that Obama has gone against the wishes of the majority when it comes to gay rights is a poor argument. If the wishes of the majority were always followed because they somehow must be right, especially at the state level, then we would still have slavery and women couldn't vote. The role of government isn't to acquiesce to the majority but to protect the rights of its citizens, even those (especially those) who are the minority and thus underrepresented in government. A belief held by the majority doesn't trump the rights of individuals and if it does then you have the beginnings of a dictatorship. Now, some will say but what about democracy and the will of the voters and I would respond with two words: the Constitution.

Perhaps read more carefully the article. He didn't say the Lgbt issue was about lawlessness...

"Owens has publicly criticized the Obama administration’s attempt to push the radical LGBT agenda onto the country and create the narrative that the campaign for same-sex marriage is the equivalent of the civil rights movement led by Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.

"He states:

"President Obama did more to push the radical LGBT agenda than he did to bring healing and unity in our communities."

The Traitor-in-Chief has an agenda, and it isn't about maintaining the United States of America as a country....I'm sure it has to do with eliminating the USA and turning it into a third world crap hole.

If anyone has the time or gumption to read a book, read 'See Something Say Nothing' by Philip Haney and Art Moore.... Learn what thetraitor in chief and Hillery are doing to this country. Both are Marxist communists and intend to destroy us from within.

Obama and Hillary are elitists. They definitely don't want communism because that puts their kids and grand kids on a level playing field with the children of the poor. No more private schools and colleges, for example.

Yes, the article states that Obama pushed for gay rights, against the wishes of the people, which further divided the nation and encouraged lawlessness. Bringing healing and unity to communities? Isn't making sure that gays have the same human rights as everyone else bringing unity and healing? Not giving them the same rights is the very definition of divisiveness and the opposite of unity.
