He's just shy of 15 months old, about 76lbs. He is my jack of all trades, he's done everything I've thrown at him so far. :) We have hip and elbow prelims scheduled for next week. Planning on showing for his SV rating at the west coast regionals in June of this year.
Thanks!

Well above medium size coated sable male, medium strong dog of slightly
compact body proportions, good head and expression with medium dark eye color, head could be more masculine and under jaw could be stronger. High withers, beautiful topline, the croup is short and steep. Good forequarter angulation, the upper arm is long and well angled. Very good depth of chest that could be of better fore development. Very good hindquarter angulation. Does not stand correct on fore legs. Good feet, pastern and hock.
As he's still a baby (1st picture at 14 months), hopefully he will add more male masculinity when mature, this will complement beauty of type.

Thank you both for the replies. I greatly appreciate your insights Ibrahim, thank you! He is my first GSD so I'm learning with him. :) I do believe he will have great secondary sex characteristics once he matures. He's been very slow maturing so far, and his breeder said his relatives and dogs from this previous breeding (his was a repeat) matured a bit slower.
And I'm not sure how much of an indicator it is but he was a meathead as a puppy. This is him at 7 weeks.
8 months old here

Hi Dakonic,
Honestly I feel he is in very poor condition. His musculature is very poor for a dog of his age.
I love his breeding: Please remember that condition is very important for the SV rating. He needs much more substance. My comments are based on your photo.Kindly seek your Vet's advice.
I love his breeding, the super working lines excite me. Wotan, Arek and Troll. I want to learn about these and other working bloodlines , their strength and shortcomings. need help please.

You mentioned showing him in June for his SV rating. This is all well and good, but I suspect that his rating would be better given another year to mature both in substance and secondary sexual characteristics. So if you get him rated this year a resurvey next year would be to your benefit.

I appreciate your input Sonora but he is not in bad condition. It's near impossible to really show his muscle in pictures, but he is well muscled for the stage he is in. You have to put your hands on him. He's fed raw and multiple supplements, I assure you he is very healthy, one of the healthiest dogs I know. If he were 2 years old, then I would agree that he is lacking, but his lines mature slowly (which I prefer for development) and he's at a very awkward stage.
Thank you Windwalker! His SV show isn't coming up for a couple months, he'll be 18-19 months at the time of the show so I'm hoping he will fill out somewhat. But I do plan on going back and redoing it anyway after he earns his IPO1. This one is largely for my experience as well, I want to get a feel for what the shows are like so we can better prepare for the important one. : )
