What do you think of Stella, she is 7 months old, is her topline too straight?

Mirasmom, I guess that depends on who is judging !
For me, I would prefer a slightly greater degree of curve down
the croup, but I would actually be more concerned over what
I see as a dip behind her wither. JMO, FWIW.
Having said that - hey, she is 7 months. A lot could still change.
Overall, she seems of nicely balanced construction, although I'd
prefer to see her stood in (minimal) Stance to be able to look at
that in more detail.
From a non Dog-Show point of view ie where no 'perfection' is
sought for Standard points, just as 'a GSD' without frills, I think
Stella looks lovely. Nice keen expression. Snow background
is great for photographing an all-black !
