Consulate warns Americans in Mexican border city
MEXICO CITY — The U.S. Consulate in a Mexican border city warns that a drug cartel may be targeting its facilities or other U.S. entry points and is urging Americans there to be vigilant.
The U.S. Consulate General in Ciudad Juarez says information of a possible attack came after the recent capture of key members of cartels active in the city across the border from El Paso.
The consulate warned Americans to be vigilant in its "emergency message" on Friday, adding that in the past cartels have used car bombs.
It encouraged Americans residing or traveling in Chihuahua state, where Juarez is located, to join the State Department's Smart Traveler Enrollment Program.
The Juarez consulate shut its doors temporarily last July after receiving threats.

Because using Federal troops is a violation of Posse Comitatus.
Between 2006 and 2008, nearly 30,000 National Guard personnel were deployed to the Southwest Border to support Border Patrol.
Last year President Obama directed the National Guard Bureau to begin preparing to re-instate the program, with some minor changes [mostly restricting the personnel involved to those National Guard Soldiers residing in the states on the border, to reduce deployments away from home for Guardsmen.]

And really this is a mute point anyhow since we should just start an invasion of Mexico because they have committed acts of war against us via drug trafficking. Technically we are being attacked by the mexican cartels with the help of part of US intel. Drug trafficking has classically been an act of war. It was used by the Britsh (opium wars, boxer rebellion--see British Esat India Company and Russel Trust/Skull and Bones).
The mexican cartels shipping massive drugs into the US through the southwest border is an act of war and justifies and invasion of Mexico to stop them. If a certain US intel faction and their private mercenaries are crushed in the process, then so what, they deserve it.

*sigh*
And in short, no.
Military Leaders have been punished in the past few years for violating Posse Commitatus, despite their actions being technically authorized by other Federal provisions.

Actually it is a "moot" point not a mute point.
How can we attack Mexico if all the alphabets are bringing the drugs in? There are no cartels in Mexico according to you it is all a conspiracy. Thanks again for the laughs. Great stuff as usual.
I'm glad to see all of your new posts on the OT section. You and Sitasmom are doing a great job. Keep up the good work.

Yes, US intel has their own networks by themselves after they acquire the drugs from cartels and growers in afghanistan (and in reference to afghan opium which is protected by the US military according to Geraldo Rivera aka Jerry Rivers), but they also work in partnership with certain cartels in actual distribution. They provide planes, trucks (natural gas tankers in some cases -- Z***ta Trucking) and protection for cartel smugglers. They allow cartel members to operate in some major cities operating as informants to keep the dru flowing and their split up. They have provided training for some cartel leaders at US military bases inside the US and this is well documented. The cartels have their own bases and members in Mehico and are now functioning as private paramilitary or mercenary armies. They are attacking competitors and border patrol when their send their smugglers accross. These acts constitute acts of war. Your commenst suggest remarkable naivete about int'l drug trafficking. I sughgest you read the book, Underground Empire which sumarizes Centac's pioneering work which found the cia at the head of every drug importation network.
By the way when everything you worked for your whole life is eaten up by inflation and a failed monetary system, and all the extreme effects that follow, you probably won't think these discussions are a joke anymore. You might not believe this but my agenda is to help foks know what is happening so we can take back our country from offshore int'l corporations that have bought Congress via K streetr lobbyists, infiltrated our govt., and are now asset stripping America down to the bare bones. By the way you still have not dealt with the Finders Documents or the special children programs currently being run out of an AF base. I am awaiting your informed comments after you read the actual docs I provided and cross validate them (which is easy with a few phone calls and searches).
Think society is healthy right now, or are we in obvious breakdown due to the diminishing prominance of the intact family with a mom and a dad?

You've said so much and have really said nothing. You can not even remember what you have said.
