It is not unique to a browser. I had the problem with accessing it via Android phone and tablet. Now, it is the same thing on a computer.

Yes, it has gotten really bad. The only thing more frustrating and annoying than refreshing the page 20 times are Preston's posts. The two combined have become unbearable.
I'm using IE if that makes a difference. The ad has caused my web browser to crash on several sessions.
