I just had to share this picture, it was taken at a farm that is at the root of the glacier where the Grimsvötn eruption took place.

That is a great picture! Is she looking up at the mountain do you suppose? How long usually will it be until the air quality is good and you don't have to wear masks?

This picture is worth a thousand words....Very concerning situation there.
I watched some of the videos from the link on the other thread, it is just unbelievable how much ash is covering the area....:( I feel so sorry for man and beast....
