success and accomplishments .. a dog knows when it has attained it's goal .. demonstrating, encouragement and helping a dog to become successful is good , . I do not have the mindset when working a dog in early , beginging protection work for example, " let it win" .. i say ,, why does one think in terms , the mindset of win/lose ?......the situation is NOT me vs the dog !! with my dogs there is no issue win/lose .. i am not teaching confrontation ... i rather communicate ": this is what brings success and you to your goal " - a hard bite , a fast bite , a full bite ... those skills mastered , those skills learned , those things accomplishhed bring success ...with success and doing and accomplishments , comes assurity , ... from being sure and certain in one's abiltities and skill , comes confidence ..from confidence comes best performance !!.....[ for protection : later is the time when skills have been mastered comes the time to handle the art of battle !!]
