I am quite concerned about the breeding here in Spain and know that a lot of people have used this male here to breed with. The reason I am writing this message is followin: The dog did not bite in Germany and afterwards he did not bite in Spain either. He has the SchH3-exams, which are hard to explain to me. I have seen him once, or "part of him", as his co-owners and other friends had him at a show, but he was always surrounded by those people, so you could hardly see him. He seemed quite frightened (of course, he was not presented there). However, they have made a lot of publicity here concerning this dog and lots of people had their females sired by him. Personally I would think it over more than twice, but seeing as he is so well known and had made such a good place, I believe in Youth or Young Class at the German Siegerschau (whre he did not do the bitework when he was adult), breeders go for him. Does anyone have anymore information about this dog? I would appreciate your answers very, very much!!! Thank you all kindly!

Looking past what the dog is. I have two personal expieriences with his offspring. Both are titled. Males bitework and work is fine, strong motherline and excellent trainer may have something to do with it. Other dog a female is OK, Normal let's say. She passed with a C. Trainer was excellent, Motherline may/may not be the strongest. Don't forget to really lok at the female you are breeding when selecting a partner.

Thank you, Saoa, I personally do not have the intention to breed with him, normally I go to Germany to have my females (2) sired. As far as Dog1 is concerned, I do have someone who thought he had a good female daughter of Xandor v. Fortunahof, but also admitted that she was not at all so good as far as her character is concerned. The thing is, that he did not only NOT BITE in Germany, nor in Spain, he has to be hidden, seeing as he seems to be frightened. This is my concern, seeing as I am promoter and co-founder of the German Shepherd Club in Spain, although I am German, and I always wish to help other people. I never forget the female, but if a dog is frightened as this one apparently is, as I said in my previous message, I would never breed with him. Why do you think he was sold to Spain? We do not have too many good dogs in this aspect right now here and two females that were thought to be "Auslese" here in October, did not bite (none was mine!). I just see that the dog is "commercially great made by publicity" and that is all. But that is my opinion, you might have another one. Dog1, I do not know where you are located to have bred with Xandor, but you yourself talk about a mother that may or may not be the strongest. Did you breed the two females to Xandor? Thank you for your help! Kind regards.

Marion, Dog 1 is talking about my husband's male, V-Bosko vom Hühnegrab, SchH3 IP3 KKL1a (not 2!!). Randy, thank you! Silas, as we call him, is a very clearheaded serious dog. He was raised in an appartment by a working dog person (woman). His attitude is accordingly, very self-sure and confident, man or protector of the house. Most visitors to our house are very intimidated by him, besides his confidence he is also very big. His obedience is the best you can see in a conformation dog, his bitework can be tested by anyone anywhere anytime. The funny thing: He listens to me and our little 7 year old daughter better and shows more affection towards us than my husband. Must be a man's competitive thing. He respects Joe very much and listens to him, but every once in a while 'voices' his disapproval over certain matters. Heaven help the poor soul who would ever dare to touch my daughter in the presence of that dog! There are a few people here who have met our Silas and could confirm that. Viele Grüße nach Spanien, Chris
