I agree with Duke. I rotated the hips and drew a few landmarks (not to scale). If you were to tilt the pelvis flat, the horizontal blue lines will soon be equal in length. The heads of the femur will also become neutral in size. Moving the pelvis flat will also force the the left femoral head to move deeper in the socket, while the right hip will move slightly out. Straightening the right femur should compensate for that movement. Unless a better a quality xray shows otherwise, the hips appear to be fine.
