Description
Von Schrader Haus Kennels is the go to Kennel for White Shepherds in Illinois. We only produce 1 or 2 litters a year and we are very selected who we sell out puppies to.
Our litters are whelped and raised in our home with all the tenders loving care a puppy needs. The puppies are handled from birth are healthy, strong and playful! Our puppies are feed a special mixture of food that helps them grow to be as beautiful as their parents. Our temperments are strong and shyness is not something you find in our puppies. They are also schooled in cats, by our proffessor Timi. He teaches them to respect and be nice to kitties at a young age!
I breed for Structure, Temperment and health and I won't sacrific those things for any reason. You will find my dogs in mostly pet homes for very good reasons. My dogs go to people who will raise them indoors and they make the puppy part of the family. I would rather see my puppies go to a great pet home then a kenneled show home. I have all my dogs hips and elbows certified and I have starting expanding the health requirements for the dogs to include, MDR1, DM test, and thyroid tests. Our breed can have so many health issues so I think it is critical do these health tests.
Von Schrader Haus is also part of the genetic database for White Shepherds. I have all of my dogs health clearances listed on the site. I also have Hip and elbow reports on the OFA website for anyone to veiw.
