Yes, the sire is titled, SchH3, excellent working line male. Mother is working lines too, and the puppy shows great promise in SchH. She has full registration AKC papers, I was just wondering, if there might be any problem in titling or showing her in open class, and I guess, not. She wouldn’t get VA anyway. Her structure is very, very nice for a working line, definite V, but VA – is another story :) Just let me ask another question, just to be sure: Will the owners be able to send her X-rays for “a” stamp to Germany (after she is registered with USA)??

""its hard enough to get anywhere in the show ring with a dog realistically the politics around the parents have alot to do with it"" Not always! Believe it or not, often it depends on the dog!! Get a nice dog, get a good, skilled handler (or become one) and you will have success in the ring!! I promise! I am an awful pessimist myself, but I experienced it myself, and several dogs that I handled got excellent placings when later I was told that they “were not supposed to”, but the judge, a friend of the hosting club ;), couldn’t resist, if you know what I mean! LOL Also, I cannot emphasize enough, how important conditioning of the dog is! I trained/handled a dog that vent from G to low (but consistent) V after just several months of training!! Some people just have their dog sitting in the back yard, and they think - OH, she is such a great dog! If she didn’t get that good place in the show – that is because of politics! Bull. Train, condition your dog, and there will be results!!!

Speaking of highlines, yes, I have seen lots of dogs which I cannot believe have a title that were sent to Germany, I have seen the same thing in Rottis that were imported as a club member has some very high profile, $$$$$, imported Rottis. I have also seen a trial where it was hard to believe that titles were awarded to at least 3 or 4 dogs. I doubt those dogs will ever see a field again, they con continue their show careers and find a sympathic judge for their koers. However, with the working lines, I know there alot of people importing males, and using untitled females and selling lots and lots of puppies. Lots of 'breeders' marketing 'niche' subtypes. No titles, good bloodlines. If the female is being worked, if the people are training in a club, go see the female. If this is a purchase based purely on a website, be cautious!!!! I would be happy to discuss this privately. Just on a paperwork level Makosh, yes, you can do the USA individual. You can then do the 'a' stamp. You can get a scoreboook. You can title, AD, get your conformation rating and then go for a koering with a dog who does not come from a pink papered litter. AND, after that, if you breed to a USA/SV registered male, who has a koer, THAT resulting litter is eligible for "USA/SV pink papers". I know this, because I did it with my SchH3, KKL1 working line female, who was individually registered by me.

One thing that you forgot to mention, si that under SV requirements it states that both parents and grandparents MUST have DNA certification in order to get the litter registered with the SV. That may be a new rule, but it is a fact for sure. so in addition to everything that Kougar mentioned, the dog would also have to be DNA, and it's parents would also have to have DNA.
