2004 NASS DVD's from Crystal Video - Page 1

Has anyone gotten their DVD's from the NASS show at the end of Sept? When I placed my order I was told we would receive them in 6 to 8 weeks. After no response to me e-mail I called Larry on 12/13/04 and he told me they were working very hard to get them to us by Christmas. Well here is it 1/30/05, 17 weeks after the show, and still no sign of my DVD's. Sent another e-mail and again no response. Just like last year no product and just excuses although he bills us the day after the show. Interested if anyone else has heard anything? Chris

why pay for something that isn't completed, buying something should be for something of value. last yr the film was poor, these folks need to prove they have a product worth the price. I understand its over priced. today it seems like product makers are saying buy it, buy some insurance in the event we didn't male a good product. we need to get back to, show me a good product at a fair price, not like too many have become. buying just because its for sale. :)s

Hesitant to still write on this board being part of the huge conspiracy. But I ordered a video from Crystal in March of 2004 from a Regional Show in NC. I too begged them to send the Video. Time was getting short because I wanted my dog evaluated from afar before I left for Germany in August. Well, the video finally came sometime in July. And I must admit I was floored at the quality of the video. It was the best I have seen from picture quality to understanding the speeches/translations etc. I have sent this video onto others and all agree they obtained a wealth of knowledge from viewing it. When I called Crystal, I understood that they were also videoing specialty AKC shows etc. All I can say, is that if you have the patience, the quality of what you are getting will be a keepsake for all time. JMO.

Gem, I agree. The crystal video are over priced. Not to mention poor costumer service as I was once interested in buying the whole set and asked for another payment method ( since i refuse to get a credit card) by email and never got an email back from them. I guess they weren't interested in my business. Don't send money to people who refuses to answer your questions... even know your desperate of buying the product... as always.. buyers beware :)

I received a call today after all this time from Crystal Video to confirm my mailing address. I cannot believe that this company has taken this crazy amount of time. Especially considering their outrageous pricing! Hopefully they will not be at any other events!
