I especially enjoy taking action photography, taking pictures while your dog is running, jumping etc captures a lot of the character of the dog. give it a try.

just a question....in the URMA pictures are those "too" touched up or or can they be taken as a true representation of what the dog is...im asking this because in some of the pics ( ando, Rocky) the color looks too goood to be true..

The Urma pics I had taken of my dogs were an accurate representation. The color was very vivid, but I definitely didn't see any adjustments to the red tones. If anything, I thought the greens were played up. Urban is an excellent photographer and the way they stack a dog... they are real pros at it.

I dont alter my pictures at all, no changing anything in the photo, so i dont know a thing about Photoshop. I will only cut and crop and throw in my signature. so with that said, i just play around with the white balance and other settings.. if you have enough time to play, just keep trying the settings and load up a photo on the laptop/computer you will figure it out.. and this way you wont forget :) Dawnmarie

Birdy

I use photoshop all the time and snow pictures aren't hard to fix at all. When taking a picture of your dog, try to avoid doing so in the afternoon especially when sun is setting. Causes too much green/yellowing of photo especially with a digital camera. Harder to correct in photoshop too. Birdy...
