I kept the puppy and asked him to come back on Monday, if he cannot come up with the money by then the deal is off.

UPDATE:
He came today with the balance and Falko is now with his new owner.....
He has already contracted a trainer that I recommended and training will start in 10 days..

The breeder of my pup won't even take paypal except for deposit because it can be refunded sadly. Wish he would have taken cash paypal and a post dated check lol and we could have pup today instead of 12 days from now. Totally understand why not though. Some people suck with being honest.

Good to hear it turned out well.
Our breeder told us bank draft or certified cheque for deposit, cash for balance upon pickup.
It's just about following instructions. You have to wonder how well people are going to do with their dog and giving the dog instruction when they can't follow the simple instructions of how to process the payment.
Being a breeder has to be frustrating dealing with this stuff, but business is business.

Customer knew way ahead of time when to pick up puppy..NO excuses...that story doen't hold ice water at all
WELL WHILE I WAS TYPING , THE PAGE changed and he came and all is WELL>..YOU are lucky on this one...from now on...INSIST ON HOW YOU WANT IT...REMEMBER THE ECONOMY IS STUGGLING AND MONEY IS TIGHT ...
sorry but people work you if you let them...Remember Kim I am a lot older and worked as a PI for many years and worked close to you to prosecute the dog trainer in your area with a SO dept..so do not even trust UNCLE REMOS...
