This dog is not fully grown yet, it might get better with age, but most likely, no. You can build up the back muscles a bit more to smooth out the topline. Let the dog pull weights. Use a harness to do this, and make sure you are not overdoing it. Warm up and cool down properly, then work in short bursts, with breaks inbetween and then give the dog a days rest from pulling. Run the dog on the alternate days. Lots of trotting and brisk walking. In the ring best you can do is try to hide it a bit. Only show when the dog is in full coat. Use hair products that will make the hair very full where needed, or sleeked down where needed. Learn to stack the dog so that the topline looks its best (practise in front of a mirror for example). Talk to some handlers to get some tips on how to present this particular dog, so that its topline looks the best while gaiting. Not my strong point. Your dog has a flaw, there are no dogs without any. Accept your dogs limits, work with it the best you can, that is about all you can do.
