Bought 1 yo gsd last fall- dog was to be dog friendly and in excellent health except had only one testicle.
Other testicle was not there per seller- he had it ultrasounded.. Health and hips were excellent per seller.
Dog gets delivered and all he wanted to do was fight with my dogs so my trainer took him.
Proceeded to get him neutered and long behold vet finds another testicle and a hernia.
Hips were xrayed and he was dysplastic. Also ear had damage.
My trainer spent $1700 in vet bills on an otherwise "excellent dog". Trainer has submitted bills and files from vet to seller to no avail.

That's a pretty vague accusation, armauro (REferring to the original post). I have met Rick personally and know him to be a reputable persona as well as an international competitor.
But I see that admin has addressed this already :)

This fellow has had the same type of interactions with several other reputable dog breeders in this country after purchasing an animal. From Gary hanrahan to Russ Osborne. All about the same result with him. They have sold him a good dog which he was not happy with and then went off the handle such as he is doing now. If I had known this we would have never sold him a dog.
The dog was advertised as having one testicle. My vet ultra sounded the dog and could not find the other one and he was informed of that. This does not mean that a testicle may not have been present but not dropped. He was informed of this as well. My vet also did preliminary x-rays on the dog and he was provided her information and health details on the dog at the time of sale. He chose not to check with the vet. The dog was not sold with a hip guarantee either. This it was not a dog for breeding. The dog had basic obedience training done by myself and protection training done by Jeff Batist.
This fellow had several other dogs and the agreement we made was that the dog Would-be delivered to his trainer which would work with the dog and them acclimate him into his animal pack . Immediately upon delivery this man put the dog in a park loose with all his other animals including adult males and the dog was attacked viciously. At this point he then sent him to his trainer who he gave the dog to and who we have been in contact with and who loves the animal and has even said the dog is not severely dysplastic. They had the dog x-rayed by a mobile vet with poor positioning but the dog does not have anything approaching severe displaysia. In conversations with his trainer he also has this opinion. The mother is my Female gypsy IPO 3 and world competitor and the father was our dog Ayk also a universal sieger champion in the United States. Due to the one testicle the dog was sold as-is with no health guarantee due to the fact he was 13 months old. The price was sold for reflected this.

The above response is total fiction.
Parrish Evans/ Spitzenhund sold me his personal dog after a dog from Canine concepts I purchased had bad hips. Russ who worked for Parrish at the time trained him for 6 weeks. No issues with Spitzenhund and in fact Parrish and I are friends. Did not know there was an issue with Russ either.
We were never provided with xrays or health info as I naively trusted the guy. You keep bragging about his pedigree- irrelevant now.
As for letting the dog loose in a park- how would you even know this misinformation- another fraud. He met my one male who is dog friendly off premises both on leash for a one on one and that is when his aggression came out.
My wife could not control him. All is fine at this point. My trainer got him for free- my mistake in purchasing him. I could not keep him with my 2 males and one female.
Little did I know I gave my trainer a true financial liability.
Yes my trainer likes the dog but has been getting the run around from you regarding these medical bills.
Why don't you just pay him the $1700. I am not looking for a refund of purchase price just you doing the "right thing". He has submitted all his vets medical records as you asked and you continue to dodge him.
