Reputable shippers? - Page 1

I have a gsd arriving this week and need her delivered to me from dulles airport to my home in virginia beach. can someone direct me to a reputable shipper? thanks to all--

For 3 hours, give or take, your best bet is to just pick her up yourself.

I'm close to Dulles and there's nothing in the area that's going to be any easier than picking the dog up yourself.

The airway bill will have to be made out to the shipper, the shipper will have to be involved in the process and possibly contact LH if it's a LH flight. There may even be a broker involved depending on where your dog is coming from and the route it is flying.

Your dog will have been on a flight lasting about 12 hours with a few hours processing time at each end. It's 4 hours from Va. Beach to Dulles. That's a lot of time to be adding the scheduling of a shipper.

I used Precious Pets Transportation Services.  They were amazing and do both long haul and short hop transportation.  If I ever have to have a dog transported again, I would use them in an heart beat.
