Interested to know what you all think about this breeding. And do you think it will produce some top sport competitors???

Depends on matching the puppies to trainers and which sport they will compete in.  Tracking, agility, KNPV, or Ring Sport all need a dog with a different body type and tool set.  Just looking at the breeding I would expect some variety in the pups produced so not all will be good for any one particular sport.

@bubbabooboo I'm interested in ipo with one of these pups. What about ped shows you that there will be a variety of different sports prospect in this litter??

No one can tell you if there going to be top sport prospects or not especially a person who doesn't work there dogs! That being said IPO is about the team, the dogs trainability and the trainers training talent. One could make better decisions if one does there home work on previous litters parents and grand parents.  Since i,m not familiar with the lines I say do your home work and good luck. A rule about dogs and puppies i kinda live by is " Let me see the dog and i,ll read about him latter"   Good Luck!

The sire is linebred on some older Czech lines and is primarily Czech bloodlines while the dam is a mash up of Anrebri and some German lines with a Czech here and there so she will have a lot to say about how the pups turn out as she is 60% of the final product.  The Anrebri lines are Czech but what they produce is not old style Czech but more of a German style Czech for the export market.  The dam herself has almost no linebreeding in her pedigree so she is carrying some genetic diversity forward from her varied ancestors.  There is almost no linebreeding in the mating itself so there should be variety in the result of the mating.  I like the dogs and I like the mating so there should be some nice puppies in the litter.  I have seen 2-3 inbreds that were all different in appearance and personality and I have seen an open breeding turn out a group that were like peas in a pod.  Generally however the temperament is more predictable with inbreds than open breedings.  The pic is of an open bred litter based on a Czech/German male and a Dutch/Slovakian female and they were like peas in a pod.

I,d talk to people who have worked similar dogs bred this fashion or who "Work" there dogs in the venue you are interested in for good advice.

If working your dogs in competitive IPO trials is helping produce top competitor IPO dogs there is scant evidence the breeders in the United States have learned the secret.  Every year the dogs standing on the podiums are imported dogs or 1st generation offspring.  Despite all the talk from some about saving the GSD as a breed it seems we in the United States prefer to import our dogs so it seems the Europeans are in fact saving the GSD as a breed.  If after 30 years the USCA has never produced a champion for their own national championship it seems the deeds don't match the words.  The same people standing on the podium year after year beside their imported dog does not do much to improve the GSD in the United States.  If you need to talk to anyone it would be an European breeder but I suspect based on the quality of your dogs that you are trying to breed your own dogs and the breeding you have shown us will give you some variety to work with and then in the second and third generation you can line breed to strengthen and refine those useful characteristics found in the puppies from this near open breeding.  I would say it is a 3 generation project or more.

Common sense would say that if you are looking for a high level pup from any breeding your best advice would come from those that walk the walk and not just talk the talk. Good Luck and let us know and see what you picked!

I know several dogson that ped personal and one was mine, it is a mix of everything, so hard to say what you will end up with , two dogs close on that pedigree produced quite a lot of offspring that was good for the garden, but all together also som good and interesting dogs in the pedigree but too much mixed up for me

top sport competitors are made by topsport trainers so depends where the pups end up Wink Smile
