People can't hire themselves, if the companies who by the way are reporting record earning would start to hire we would be in a lot better place.

Yes, thank you Obama from resucing us from the worst recession in history, you have done a great job. In the state I live in people are working and making more than ever.

I don't believe you. What state are you talking about?

My company had to raise all hourly employees a 1.50 to keep people because other companies started to hire them away. Doesn't matter what state, it happened and is still ongoing as we speak.

The facts.

The last 2 Bush boys trashed the economy, it is a wonder we have recovered at the rate we have. We need to do what some/few companies are doing and that is spending billions of dollars here at home retooling factories and building others. Investing in the people who brought the companies their fortunes. Similar to what the auto industry has done with their commitments to spend billions retooling and expanding their manufacturing. Demand that companies like Nike, Apple and many many others start to do more work here instead of for .25 cents an hour in some foreign country. When companies can amass billions on top of billions, then they ought to be able to make it here and employ millions instead make it there and make gross billions. Then to hide the money in overseas countries so taxes are not paid here. I am 100% for making money by an honest days work but the things happening now are beyond honest and to be frank and blunt it is shame. Imagine the amount of people we could employ if we brought it home. It isn't per se politicans it is gross greed among many.
