Gouda,

I believe you have a good heart and desire everyone to be saved just like Christ but I also believe there are times we have to make logical decisions. Perhaps I am young, don't have much experience as you do but I believe there are times when this verse from Bible would be appropriate.

 

(Matthew Chapter 7:6) Give not that which is holy unto the dogs/VK4, neither cast ye your pearls before swine/VK4, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

We are definitely set apart form the masses.And far more

than we realize we are observed by the non  Christians.

Im getting old Shtal,I'm looking forward to my heavenly home.

I cant do what I did when I was younger.

I do alot of praying every nite for all the people here and witness to them a bit,

it keeps by blood pumping.  I know most of the posters here think im some kind of an idiot,

but that means nothing to me. There is no more unjustified pride left in me.

I f I was a young man I probably would have left here years ago,not a laughing matter but my arhritis

is getting so bad that I cant do a lot more

Getting back to Vk4.  I do not believe that he is in the swine category,not yet anyway.

I also believe that something is going to happen to him soon,that will change his mind on a lot of things. he believes now.

 Shtal I'm so blessed to having a friend like you here,and a few others.

but if I click on your video I will be getting tagged by youtube and I'll have those kinds of videos showing up everytime I go to youtube as happens all too often already.

Whether one remains or not is up to the individual to decide for himself.

You really have no more sway over them than your opposition truth be told.

If you wish to continue to obsess as your opposition seems to do, you should at least understand the limitations of your actions.

There is no winning or losing here, only wasted energy of mind.

Some people get off on that kinda stuff I suppose.

Take the higher path would be my advice to reach the place you would really rather be, and let dead dogs lay.

Good point moons but freedom from religion is not free. these mofos want death, some greats and many small people shone the light for my freedom i owe the future that much. plus i enjoy watching these people worm their way thru life trying to mentally support that which their own brain rejects.

I would have to disagree with you Gouda; I will even give you example like what would it take to convince VK4 that resurrection had happened? Well if we have affidavits from the Roman guards standing at the foot of the cross that they seen resurrection take place, that they seen a body taken down, and seen body taken to the grave; they stayed by the body, and actually seen stone roll away and Jesus come out and they stayed with Jesus all three 40 days and watch him send to heaven and that was documented and that was authenticated, would VK4 accepted? And the answer is no! And that is really the KEY my dear Gouda, evidence is NOT the issue. And what are we doing in these forums? We are giving them evidence! (It’s folly)  So it is NOT about evidence, so what it’s about then Gouda? It’s about presuppositions! Because we all get the same evidence, but we examine the evidence according to what we already believe “according what already believe” beliefs we take to the evidence, beliefs we have before the evidence, beliefs we have pre-evidence “presuppositions” and that’s what is about, so that’s the kind of thing you examine to see who beliefs can make sense of what you are doing, makes sense of the evidence. Even if you convince resurrection is true, right? You know what VK4 may say? Yep you convinced me that resurrection is true! But guess what? You didn’t proved that he is God? You know what the answer is? You are right! You didn’t, VK4 is naturalist, he denies supernatural, you prove something to a naturalist, he is going to exam it according to what he already believes, VK4 would say I don’t know how that body came back to life, you proved that happens – someday we are going to have a reasons why that happened. It’s NOT about evidence, it is about presuppositions. I hope that is clear Gouda.
