I rescued Toby from a difficult situation in my neighborhood last summer, intending to foster him until I could find him a home. He was abused and abandoned as a puppy. He has done very well and is a loyal, smart and VERY affectionate dog. He is also a great jogging buddy. I adore him and thought I could provide a forever home for him, but I have found that managing 2 dogs in a city row house is more than I am able to do. Toby would do very well in a home with a yard and space to run, where he is a single dog and with no small children. He loves to keep watch and has some guarding tendencies.
