I am wanting to know if placement of croup will improve with exercise? my comrade and many from my country beleive this. resepected judges and experience gsd people kindly advise us.

Yes,I believe that croup can become rounded with excercise.Many SV judges have commented when they gave critic on various dogs which they have judged a few times that the croup placement has improved over the years and he/she is more rounded.I will also like to the views of experts as there is no end to learning.

That is very interesting, what sort of excercise are we talking about? I figured the croup placement is structural and could not be altered, but perhaps by putting more flesh or muscle on a dog the croup could appear better then it is. Is that what you are talking about or actual excercises that improve the structure?

Weight pulling by use of a sled harness might help. But not on young dogs.

The exercise which Shak suggested or similar pulling exercises will surely help.Can be given to dogs over 1 year.Obviously putting muscle/flesh helps to make it look better.

Pulling exrcises help in such cases, which gives the croup a better placemnt, the dog should be mature enough for all this
