Why bother ? It is a free world and if someone hates dogs, entirely upto them. By trying to remove it, you will not only not remove it (free speech et al) but will also generate additional interest in that page.

as much as I dislike people who don't like dogs, I have to agree with aaykay, they are well within their rights to express their hatred of animals.
I wouldn't want dog haters to petition to restrict my rights to love and own dogs and expressions thereof, so I'm not going to restrict their rights to express their personal feelings.
