Recommended Studs in the Great Lakes Area? - Page 1

I have a few in mind, but always open to hearing about other quality (working) studs I may not be aware of.  I am not interested in showlines. I am very picky & know what I want in a stud.
Dog must possess the following: Clear, sound temperament with quality drives(not just prey drives). Should have a pleasing head & physical structure, must have a true & straight front(not east/west), nice length of rear leg & flowing gait, but not over-angulated. Hips/elbows normal & not know for having HD/ED his bloodline or for passing bad hips/elbows.
The stud doesn't have to have titles if he has proven himself in other working venues, proof would be required.
Pedigree must be complimentary, but none of these same dogs up close. I want to stay away from creating a bottleneck effect for any progeny.
The female is linebred 5-5 on V Harro aus der Lechrainstadt &  goes back to these lines: V Fero vom Zeuteerner (3rd gen) 
SG Lord vom Gleisdreieck (5th gen)  & the following Karthago dogs; Xando, Mika, Randa, & Jalk.(4th & 5th gen)

What few are in mind?  I always love to hear of local stud dogs?

Super nice dog and throws some good pups

I have a friend who owns two pure Czech workingline males, one is solid black and the other is black sable.  The dogs are in training for titles and will be getting x-rayed.  Both have very solid temperaments and very nice looking structure (I'm a showline person, so that says something).  Both dogs have top of the line Czech pedigrees, all titled, lots of VYBORNY and VELMI DOBRY.   He lives just south of Columbus, Ohio.  Then there is always Westwood kennels, just west of Columbus. 

I think it would be good to see the pedigree on the bitch and how the dogs lines up to each other !   Greg

Any of Bill's dogs are nice or he wouldn't have them. Bill and Jen do a great gob in being selective on what dogs they breed.The females that they have are super too.Ayla is the one I like.She has more courage and drive then some males i have seen.Yet she is a socialble dog.All the dogs I have seen from them are well balanced.Kway is a tough dog but can hang out and be cool and also good with his pups.Not many males are like that.I think that is a very good trait to have.I don't think any dog should have aggression to a young dog.Maybe put them in their place type of thing but not serious aggression.jmo

Fero is only in the pedigree (4th gen) once on the dam's side. Overall his pedigree is awesome.
He is an excellent looking dog! (from a friend that is a 35 year veteran of the show world)
Rock solid in every situation. A monster on the field, but, lives happily and uncrated in the home.
A great all around dog!
