For GSDTravels - must have been a brother... seen last weekend, too , in a bear rescue park living together with wolves

For YR - I love taking pictures of flowers, but I´m living in the forest, so almost only wild flowers for me....

These all were taken a few minutes ago from my flowerbeds.

It is unique, and like the sweet gum balls on our trees here...sorta..

I found tomatoes on my patio plant!!!

and blooms on a tiny Christmas Cactus I stuck outside in a pot of Kalanchoes...WOW

Bee is right, it´s a thistle ( Distel ).

Thanks Susie, I am trying real hard to keep them alive in the drought and heat. It is a learning experience how to water and not too much..

 

Bee:  first guess was bloom of the garlic or a flowering onion .....Allium?
