Now  can you imagine a 55 chevy that is black and silver with pink interior!

I second Ruger...cool colors of the dress will need warm colors in the face...lavender/pink always compliments grey (silver). Maybe shade of purple in dark section of the eye shadow.
On lips - lip gloss in a complimentary shade for your lips....red is outdated and will always age a person...

it is a Nice outfit bee...love those shoes....

@dessert dog: AWE! Thanks for your nice comments! I do want to look "foxy"! LOL The dresss is not a "true" black. More of a gun metal blue/gray, where sometimes things look black and sometimes... silver!

Ruger, I think I agree with the lip color. But can you confirm that "matte" is where it is at? You know my eyes are green so, those shadow colors should compliment. I will have to do a test trial. The other thing I was thinking was some kind of blue and silver/pink combo? My eyes are not large, like yours are, kinda on the squinty side! LOL Thanks for your advice, I do appreciate it. I think I agree with the hair idea, too. I do want an updo! Believe it or not, I don't think I've ever had the real deal in an updo before! For the curious, I have fine, straight, light brown hair with blonde hightlights, on the long side, these days... for the most part!

I was thinking silver polish toes... to just kind of blend in, and a darker gun metal metallic for the fingers? Or....? Or...?

Here is the outfit again, so we can compare everything together.

Can't wait to hear what Lady Frost has to say!

EDIT: We posted at the same time! LOL  Give me a minute to catch up! Tongue Smile

I like the lipstick! I never could do that black smokey eye for myself for some reason.... I don't like black liner either! Warm colors for the face, then, hmm. OK.  LOL I think I prefer something a bit softer, like your second example... that is just my quirk... I think? I do like glossy lips myself... but I think I heard the fashion mavens ... saying Matte! Any one else get that idea?

Bee!!,,Toes and fingers "must" be the same color IMO!!,,
Matte is nice and I think with polish and makeup it is popular right now, but IMO your lips if I remember are on the thinner side and would not appear overwhelming with a nice shimmer or gloss,,
Toes and fingers to match the color in your makeup ( soft pink ) grey, lavender, whatever,,,Personally you have nice feet ( feet are big in my book lol ) so I would go with pink and have a design with the steel grey done to a toe or two,,,
And if you hear nothing else;wax them brows!!!,,,Brows are so important !!,,Makes or breaks a face !!,,,

Hmmm. Okay, I will play it safe with nail color. I'll go with a softer pink to match the lip color?.... or I just saw an OPI color called PUSH and SHOVE, that is a metallic Chrome, that I thought would be nice! I do prefer gloss with my lips... and while I don't particularly like the idea I have "thin" lips, LOL, I rather think they are average! LMAO

And I have hardly any eyebrows! They are thin and barely there... I probably should buy some brow powder and draw them in, too! I usually just ignore them! LOL

PS... NIce feet? I hate my feet! LOL

lol,..KissThin lips compared to fuller lips which over 40 shouldn't be wearing big shimmery lip color !,that's,just me though,,,
I think a
metallic Chrome would be nice so as long as toes and nails are the same,,Actually I think it would be nice and as I said you have nice feet so you can get away with dark polish on the toes without looking severe,,,
Yes, brows can be drawn in as long as it is done tactfully, Dont ignore your brows, ( FYI certain thyroid issues can cause thin brows ),A brow can lift the face and give a perky youthful appearance like nothing else,,
