I have never encountered so many misconceptions about meditation as I have here on this thread.

For me, they are not the same thing. Meditation you are doing for yourself, I always thought of is as an exercise to help the mind/body.
The prayer your supposed to express your faith with. More to do with belief, customs and so on.

i am interested in how god answers prayers to people in these "talks"
