Still, the article is just a bunch of suppositions because none of you want to wait for a toxicology report about Adam Lanza. Sorry, but that is the truth of it.

Joanro, I love it when the commercial says, "...side affects in some patients have resulted in death". That is always a best-selling point!~~~ LOL

That's what draws in the idiots...makes them feel special, having a prescription for something so dangerous.

by joanro on 14 January 2013 - 20:01

Bee, imagine, for a moment, there are others who have committed mass murder, and the toxicology reports are in for them.....that is what the article is about.
What is it that you anticipate to be the result for the Lanza creep?

That's funny Joanro, I remember those days as well

I remember the worst thing to happen in school was boys punching out nerds for being nerds, or spit wads being thrown at the teacher. LOL

I don't think it matters, Joan, because the fact someone is taking or not taking their meds isn't going to remove them of the responsibility of their actions. It might be an extenuating circumstance for some lawyer to argue, perhaps.

I already said who I blame the most as the enabler of Adam Lanza, in his psychopathic, murderous rampage. His mother. She knew what she was dealing with better than anybody. And she chose an assault rifle to be part of the mother-son bond. ~~~

If Lanza turns up with something like common antidepressants in his toxicology, I think that we can ask which doctor was involved in his care? Perhaps examine that more closely? For some answers? Was he self medicating? Who knows, we have to wait and see what the tests say. One thing for sure, they don't test for marijuana, so we'll never know that one.

Now Joan.... if you are asking me what I think the truth is.... ? Evil lived in Lanza, and he snapped.... and it was unpredictable. Was it unpredictable to his mother and his doctors? Hmmm? The other part that is predicable is the carnage emulated, evidenced by the results of the weapons Lanza employed.

Yes those weapons,
Unpredictable...ssshhhhhtttt

What type of bullets were found in which individuals?
What kind of weapons were really used and where were they found?

Too much confusion brought on by the media and law enforcement.

Bee, did you read the article? If you did, you missed the point, which is that psych drugs are causing people to commit the most horrific crimes against society ever. Every one wants to know what the root cause is for all these kids shooting people up....psych drugs are the common denominator and are known to cause violence. It's there in the article. Guns are only a tool, not the cause. So he had a cumby mother, so do a lot of people. But MOST of the people who have been raised by lousy parents, worse than Lanza's, at least she fed him, don't commit murder. A lousy mother did not make him slaughter people.

And these things are not so unpredictable as you think.
It didn't just happen in a snap.

One other thing here that transpired, Adam completely destroyed several computers before he went on his rampage.

Too bad, because I think it would be important to see what websites he was constantly on, whether or not he disclosed his intentions. Whether he had advice etc. etc. etc.

Also, if he was on some of these meds, and stopped a month or so ago, I don't believe they will show up on the toxicology report. Yet they could still have influenced his behavior.

This is exactly what they should be investigating in all Mass Murders, rather than a knee-jerk reaction blaming the gun, bullets and magazine.

Everyone should be demanding a FULL investigation, not a 24 hr later knee-jerked reaction blaming the tool that was used.
