Shtal the problem is, is that you are still using that one scripture to try to define what the kingdom is.  If your definition of a kingdom is true then Jesus was saying the kingdom of God was in the hearts of the Pharasies.   But Jesus condemned them.  So we know that wasn't what he was saying.  He also wouldn't have been using terminology that his listeners were unfamiliar with.  Which is proved by the different illustrations that he used so that people would understand.  Why would he use the words "Kingdom of God" if kingdom in his use meant something totally different?  Just because something is common belief amongst many people doesn't make it factual.  Did you know that not only was it a popular and common belief at one time that the sun revolved around the earth, but also the church considered it blasphemy to believe any different and to speak of such?  You could even be put to death for such statements.  You probably laugh and say that was a long time ago, and mankind knows so much more now.  But the point is, that people have the tendency to listen to those to whom they respect and hold in high regard and never for themselves investigate.  The scriptures uses the illustration of "the blind leading the blind and they both fall into a pit".

I f Satan can keep us in a state of timidity, discouragement,
or embarrasment HE WILL NULIFY OUR AUTHORITY AND DELAY THE MANIFESTATION OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD ON EARTH.
HE {SATAN} has rendered Christians ever so slightly embarrassed about being a Christian.

The world for example, sees nothing wrong with a person carrying a copy of playboy or penthouse under their arm.
Yet a vast number of Christians have been intimidated about carrying a Bibble on the street or or a bus or subway.

They're afraid of being categorized as religious freaks.,or old fashion and out of
step with the world.
They are nervous about being discovered in prayer or other attitudes percieved as diferent.
THEIR TIMIDITY IS OVERWHELMING.
THE BIBLE SAYS,GOD HAS NOT GIVEN US A SPIRIT OF TIMIDITY

rtdmmcintyre, let's use logic and reasoning. Kingdom of God = man seeded good seed. Sower = son of man. Consequently, Son of Man = Kingdom of God. (Matthew 13:24)

Gouda, you are wrong on so many levels, about so many things, you have twisted yourself into contortions I've never seen before.  I see people with Bibles on the street, why would that bother anyone?  The only possible reason is usually that it is being rammed down one's throat.  As long as it stays on your lap and doesn't interfere with my day, I would have no problem with it, nor should anyone.

Let me tell you a story about a woman who was walking down my street singing gospel music, softly, yet beautifully.  She was in her own world, singing her heart out, but not being in the least bit offensive.  I was out working in my yard and as she passed by I spoke, just to say hello.  She smiled, returned the sentiment and went right back to her singing.  What an absolutely enjoyable experience!  She was sharing herself in a most beautiful way and it was literally music to my ears.  She was wrapped up in her joy and it was nice to see.  She was living her faith and if one were so inclined, they might just stop her to ask about what made her so happy.  Didn't look to me like she was focused on damnation and misery, or forcing anybody into anything.  To me, she was a rare and unique person, because she understood her own faith and what the rest of the world thinks about it, obviously doesn't matter much to her.  So much nicer than being accosted.

Think about that Gouda, for just a few seconds.

gouda, it doesn't appear to have stopped you. The people I know aren't afraid, embarrassed or timid about being Christians. What you have written here tells a lot about the way you perceive things, things not true and not in reality. You have no problems persecuting all/most Muslims and then writing this non-sense above. I seriously hope the hypocrisy as stated above is evident  to you.

I just can't believe you actually wrote the above  I need to slowly walk out the door before I say things that I may regret.  (Walks out shaking head in disbelief with your hypocrisy dripping off my soul.)
