I understand, and know what you write about handlers,this is what makes it harder and harder to provide policedogs to USA, dogs, in general, cannot be to strong or stubborn or have civil agression, but are expected to be badasses when shit hits the fan
therefore I understand desire for dogs working on preydrive only/mainly, but problem is that dog with average/normal preydrive will not be triggered easily and will not allways function on the street, the dogs with extreme prey/posession that will see everything as prey will work, but will also bite handler, or partner policeman or whatever, so require a more advanced handler again
I sell hundreds and hundreds of policedogs every year to many countries, but more and more seeing the importance of proper handler education and training on location where the dogs end up, think that is maybe of bigger importance to begin with
