I have used malware and updated everything else. It made no difference, I doubt IE is the issue. Unless, this site has compatibility issues with IE, then that may be the issue, Personally, I am not going to change from IE to deal with issues on one site.
My suggestion, FWIW, is for Oli to set up a PC with IE and see if he can replicate the issue. That might help getting to the source of the problem. If you are a programmer, running a site then a test computer running IE might be a good idea. I can only guess, but I think IE, whether good or bad must be popular. Screen shots are not going to help to correct this problem, IMHO.

I have IE and cannot replicate the problem but I may have a different version or different operating system or some other different variable.
The one common denominator is you all use IE.
FYI, Oli does have IE and there are a few features that do not work with IE like the interactive pedigrees.
downloading and installing another browser is very easy and you may have immediate relief from the problems you are having.

Thanks for the tip, but I will wait for Oli to work out the bugs with IE before I change anything.

IMO FF > IE by a landslide, FWIW. I've had so many problems in the past with IE that I quit using it altogether and never looked back.

I'm using advanced now, had to click several times to get started. Then I tried my image icon, that is still not working either. This is going to be short, so far no deleting but that doesn't normally start until the 3rd or 4th line. Can't highlight to change background color, bold, underline, etc.. I can't do much of anything with advanced.

Moons, I am not a computer nerd and I don't spend a whole lot of time on the net. I don't know if Google Chrome, IE, whatever sucks or not. I've used IE for years, never had any issues and so far my only problem is here. I tried Chrome because it was handy. Next time I'll ask you for references.
What talking ads? I don't see any pop ups with IE.
