Sideways,pounding rain last night, snow in the Sacramento Valley 10 miles south of me this morning, record cold lows in the low 20's, and 10-20 mph north wind.
Hard to believe I am home in CA right now. SO glad I have a big, honking woodstove and some decent oak and almond wood.

It was really beautiful here today, what wasn't covered in snow was jeweled in ice and the sun came out all day cold but didn't feel cold.

no snow for us.....just cold, gut chilling rain and temps in mid 30's....its wet, dark, cold....but its a good hair day...so not all is lost..LOL.....i went from blonde streaks to mahogany red and i like it...
