stress reduces fertility...so a rape done with great physical and emotional damage could cause a woman to become horrible stressed and not concieve......
rape is rape, but - an 18 year 1 day old boy who has sex with his 15 year 364 day old girlfriend is also considered rape even she wants too........ not the same as a women attacked, beaten, stabbed and raped....
one must ask if that is what was meant "legitimate rape"?
shut down planned parenthood vs shut down the federal funding for planned parenthood. sounds like maybe he missed out a few words in his speach.....?

how about if everyone actually focus on the real issues, for me its......
economy,
national debt,
national security,
ability for business to grow and compete internationally,
size and scope of federal government regulations and how if effects our everyday lives
dog hauling or eating, minor indisgressions from 30 years ago (drugs or boating) and pro-life or pro-choice are just stupid topics that people love to talk about, but also keeps people from discussing what's really important...

Homosexuality was not around since the beginning of time, as the first two were created male and female. Tell me, if Adam and Eve had no children after Cain and Abel, would there have been any other people from birth.....ever? If the entire human race today only practiced homosexuality, would not the race itself end within another 100 years? Obviously. Tell me how many naturally born men have babies together? Or women having babies with each other? I'm not talking about homosexual women who go and have sex with someone in order to have a child, I mean if all people only practiced homosexuality? And tell me if it's so natural......Why is AIDS and STDs an issue?

If not getting government funding shuts down Planned Parenthood it's all one issue really. Stop all the scare tactics about women doing without, that's what Medicaid and ER's and Obamacare are for. How much duplication of services do we poor helpless women need?
There is a difference physiologicaly between a violent assault and statutory rape, which often doesn't involve the use of force. It is "rape" because an individual is unable to legally consent due to age, disability, or the influence of drugs or alcohol. What Akin said was a matter of poor word choice but it didn't ofend me at all.
And I probably would prefer to go back to the 50's when people didn't expect the government to give them things and people were more civil.

How do you think the law should define "legitmate rape' as opposed to "non-legitimate or casual rape" Would that be determined by the person who was raped, the raper, or the law? Where it happened? If there were any witnesses who watched the rape? If the victim became pregnant or not? If lethal force, a condom was used. If the rape involved a monority? If the woman was taking birth control then she was a slut so any women doing that should never be able to say she was legitiamtely raped. Right?
Ryan was asked several times why he generated bills that used the term "legitmate rape", but he didn't respond yet. Maybe he will later.
How much has the GOP and their pandering to the loony tune birthers and Norquist already cost this county in lost jobs and revenue?
How much is it going to cost if the Bush tax cuts aren't allowed to expire?
What is going to happen to what is left of the middle class if the Koch brothers run the government?
What will happen if poor women can't afford birth control, mammograms, PAP tests? Does anyone really care about the poor?
What will happen to seniors when that have to pay for their health care using vouchers?
