In the passage from Acts 9:1-9, Saul/Paul did nothing to bring about his conversion.  At this time, he still wanted to persecute Christians.   God sought him out and spoke to him.  

Absolutely!  Listening to RC Sproul right now.  Sproul is so learned and amazing at explaining things.
