So because if you 14 or older in Alabama there are procedures to allow you to marry makes the whole Religious SOUTH guilty. GSD has now dertermined Alabama is the only southern state. You must have been a student in Obama's Georgraphy class as he has stated there are 57 states.

Alabama has a restriction that you can't marry if you're younger than 14.

If you read the other states qualifications (Mostly the big liberal ones) you would have determined that they have qualifications if you are under 17, some 16 etc. but they have no age limit where you are too young.
