Not that I'd expect much help from them, but have you tried contacting the Serbian breed registry? Or any breed clubs in Serbia that might be able to put pressure on this seller?
Depending on the amount of money involved, it might well be worth investing a bit more and making a physical trip there, and perhaps making a report to the police there in person...

Yes it's very irritating!
I ever wrote to the Serbian Breed Registry to say the problem.
The son of Mr Pinter wrote me the 26 August and here his message :
my father is write me when him come a home *(now himi is worked in Greece)that time is send you a dog with Sasa Zec...but also him is very very ungry of you just a litlle patiente..
two weeks and him is coming home...(this leter is help my to write my mom)
AND SINCE NO NEWS !!!

I am breeder from Croatia,it is not fair to say that all breeders from HUngary ,Serbia or Croatia,or any other country that are not fair and hustler,there are among us also a good and onest breeders.

I know it is not fair to judge by making assumption, but now in fact i am having a big problem with one of famous croatian breeder Djuro Ivaskovic, I think you know him and at the moment I ask a help from your president of gsd breeder in croatia to solve the case, what do you think? you can help me ???

Nobody say that all the breeders who live in hungary, serbia or Croatia are hustler!!!

Yes is very dangerous to buy in internet, but I think is not problem of honest people...the problem is fake people.
I know Djuro Ivaskovic.
As Miro said, not all Croatian breeders are bad people, but the fact is we hear too much complaints from Croatia (Pinter Renhold, Sasa Nenadov and now Djuro Ivaskovic) and was Miro who putted the ad for Sokrat Semper Wictor, his webpage address Ersten PLatz. I know maybe Djuro dissapointed Miro as well. The fact is Djuro is a thief and (again) he is from Croatia and Croatian clubs doesn't answer at all.
I'm thinking maybe is some way to stop this cheatings.
I paid to Djuro Ivaskovic and I dindn't receive anything....and please don't tell me is my fault.
