Most of those dogs go for upwards of $2k, right? If I paid that much money for an unpapered dog that was actually only worth $200-$300, I would want my money back. $1,800 is a lot of money to be scammed out of. You paid ten times the amount the dog should have gone for. If it was me, I'd want to go to court.
He could be the best dog in the world, and everyone should think their dogs are the best, but he was sold under false pretense. The man who sold him should not get away with it.

@ Susie, Von wyzal and Von Zhang are in bed together and if you do a little serch on google you will see that there are others that were taken advantage of as well. As far as tracking down any of the people involved with my dog it all leads back to Von wyzal and von zhang and they refuse to talk with me after some of the pages they posted on I spammed with my story.
@Stoelzle, Thanks for your insight, although I do still plan on taking them to court just to be a thorn in their side.
@Q Man, When I intitally bought my pup I had every intention of getting involved in something with him. His personality though, well it really wont work he is to lazy and chill and lacks zero drive. I fell in love with the breed and bought a working line pup from a vet in Tulsa and I have her to get involved in search and rescue. What it comes down to though is I just want what I paid for.

By posting on Pedigree Database, prospective buyers or breeders will investigate and read reviews on Von Wyzal Kennels. I am assuming from your post you were basically lied to or the dog's names are mixed up (missing apostrophes, etc.) on the parents.
About 6 months ago, I found a beautiful two year old German Shepherd female in Louisiana that I was interested in buying. I went to look at her, liked what I saw, and was seriously considering purchasing her. I asked her owner if I could look at her AKC paperwork and pedigree. It was then I found out she had Canadian paperwork and was registered to the owner. The owner had not AKC registered her in the United States as of yet. The owner told me he could sign the Canadian paperwork over to me, and I would be able to register her with AKC. I wasn't sure he had the correct information so I asked him to call AKC (with me standing there). According to what AKC told us, the owner of the dog with the Canadian papers had to register her with AKC and then transfer the AKC paperwork to me. AKC told us that the original owner had to do this. It turned out he didn't want to spend the extra $100 or so to register her with AKC ahead of time. He thought he could sign the Canadian paperwork over to me, and I could do it (or so he told me).
One thing is for sure - I thought (and was led to believe) I was buying an AKC registered German Shepherd, and that she was not. I didn't buy her even though I wanted her. Nowdays, to me, it throws up a red flag if the owner tells me paperwork hasn't come in yet to register the litter, or he/she doesn't have the paperwork (pup or grown dog) for whatever reason, etc. My daughter and her husband have Belgian Malinois. They have received the paperwork on some of their dogs several months later. There is one dog they still have not received paperwork on that is supposed to be registered with AKC. A year has gone by, and they are still waiting.
There are great people in the dog business, and I have met a few of them here on this database! Then there are the dishonest people just out to make a buck and lie through their teeth just to sell a dog. At least you got a great dog, Nick, but I can certainly sympathize with you, and it just makes me sick to hear about what has happened to you. Believe me - what goes around comes around. If this kennel doesn't somehow make this right with you their name will be tarnished.

There is a way to fix this, the AKC calls it "administrative research". Note, its a LONG, drawn out, process and you need to know exactly what you are doing, so as, not to waste money on a hopeless filing process. I do not want to rouse ire on the forum, so I am not going to tell you how to do it step by step.
However, to start, work backwards to the last pair that has registration numbers (doesn't matter what country either). These dogs are going to be your basis for rebuilding the pedigree to make a case to the ARR department. Also the AKC, won't help you much, so don't expect to get a straight answer from them on how its done.
BTW, you may have screwed yourself by reporting them, so soon. You needed thier cooperation to get the correct pedigree and breeder info. That info is ciritcal when attempting a pedigree reconstruction effort.
