In my system, you have 6 weeks in a month. That's 6 weeks of pay without getting killed in taxes for OT.
Let's just use $10/ hr as an example.
40 x 10 = 400 x4 = $1600/no
28 x 10 = 280 x 6 = $1680/ month

5 weeks in my months...the car note comes due every other week but in some months that is 3 notes in that month..
I live in Texas...lol
