Hmmm. And that works, so long as no one is ... suffering, oh, you know where, a lobe or whatnot. That is the great unknown, I think, still.

by GSD Admin on 23 September 2012 - 01:09
It is okay Bee, as the suffering member/s would fit in perfectly with the rest of the crew, right?

Baby Eagle.......LOL! Can I print that? LOLOL!
Moons! I'm not critisizing anyone....I LOVE the OT section! As crappy as my life has been lately, this is where I come to raise my spirits.....!
Preston, As far as I'm conccerned, you are an expert on our breed; & I like reading your off topic posts, too; even if they do make my head spin sometimes!
Vonissk, So that was you I heard whispering???
I think we all learn stuff here.....& I absolutely 'pass over' some posts as soon as I see the name.....as I'm sure some do when they see mine!
But I certainly GOT what Vonissk was saying. It's just another opinion, & sometimes, when someone has filled up the entire page with threads, all variations on the same theme, it makes me **sigh**....& I have to dig a little harder to find what I DO want to read....& it's usually someone who's NEVER posted about dogs anywhere.....but you're right, that's free speech. I'm perfectly happy to let everyone have their space, their rant, whatever. I generally do not complain, because I'm still pretty amazed that Oli provides this board for us to use....for our Dogs, our Breeds, our religions, our politics, whatever!
Thanks Oli!

I have also railed against the people who post the same thing over and over, but I have learned it is easier to ignore than it is to read their non-stop dribble.
The way you counter attack a forum hog is to post the type of threads you enjoy and don't even click on their threads.
I would also like to thank Oli for his dedication to this site. His 16 to 18 hour days of working on this site, 6 or 7 days a week. You guys don't see it but ask any admin if Oli puts in a lot of work here, I think you would be surprised to know just how much Oli gives. So, thank you Oli for the work you do in the background to give your members this site.

Right! GSDadmin, I'm nutz, he's nutz, we all scream for nutz!
Seriously, though, think of Pres. Regan in the grasp of Alzheimer's. We give him latitude for that. That is the type mercy I am suggesting.
Oops, I edit.... GSDadmin, I did not see your post as I wrote mine.

Bee,
I don't think you are nuts, I think you are zany. I don't think you are crazy at all especially compared to the sociopath, psychopaths, pathological liars, delusional wackos that one sometimes finds on forums hiding behind the anonymity of the internet. I must say you made my day with that link, absolutely hysterical and scary at the same time. But not frightening or alarming for the reasons the author desires.

Slam, before you write something off, you should be certain that you are qualified to evaluate such a matter.
And why not limit your rejection of such information to simply that without a demeaning innuendo. I see no need for that. I could easily counter such with an equivalent, but what for, why be petty?
Sometimes concerned citizens share information to help make uninformed folks aware of what is going on behind the everyday news, information that most folks know little about but can find out about if they check the corroborating facts now available on the internet or in many libraries from many credible sources if they do some basic research. I base my views on official govt docs from Congressional hearings, FOIA releases and testimony of experts as well as firsthand word of mouth of those who have been involved. Anyone who takes the time to really dig can corroborate such claims. Many however just choose to reject new info out of hand and ridicule the messenger because the message just won't fit into their heads. They think they know, but actually they have no idea about these matters. I suspect that within the next couple of years many such previously hidden deep secrets about USG and American Intel crimes will become revealed as top insiders continue leaking info, primary docs and personal testimony because they are disgusted and now old and want folks to know the truth and take their country back before it's too late.
In the last year alone a significant number of high ranking former insiders have gone public with the previously hidden truth about many major world events from the past.
These referenced articles reval a great deal about such matters publicly for the first time anywhere and no informed reader with experinece in these areas as a career has ever called them bs or a joke on the primary websites they were published on for those interested in clandestine matters.
Here is a classic example of how it works. When JFK was assassinated 90%+ of the public thought he was murderd by a "lone nut" asssassin that was not part of any conspiracy. Now almost 50 years later recent credible and respected surveys suggest over 80% believe that JFK was murdered by a USG intel related conspiracy. Many also believe that Oswald was an innocent patsy, and the USG has used the major mass media to spread their coverup even to this day. And yet over 80% of the public reject such continued news narratives. This is but one good example of many American intel criminal conspiracies that have been exposed in Congressional Hearings. There are many more: Air America, Secret wars in Laos and Cambodia, Watergate, MKultra and subprograms, Iran-Contra guns for drugs/delayed hostage deal/Mena Arkansas, Inlaw/Promis Software, Danny Cassalaro and the Octopus, and Freeway Ricky Ross. Actually the list is very long but few folks read and study Congressional Hearing Reports and the media rarely cover them, so most of the public have no idea what really goes on.
The JFK assassination is a good litmus test for whether a person has any basic understanding of how the real world works. And yet to this very day American intel still spends over a million dollars a year paying operatives and media to continue the coverup narrative that Oswald did it. To say otherwise is the immediate end to one's career as a top media newscaster or politician. One more thing, there have been a few secrets in the GSD world that have been publicly proclaimed in a TV series in Germany within the last two years. Folks in the SV were shocked, some top SV kennelmeisters retired and shut down their kennels. At the time I when I saw the movie in German, I thought much more would come of it. But not much came from this and I see no reason to delve back into it. Things were pretty much smoothed over and little said or done about it. Hopefully these matters have been discontinued.

I think UFO's are a better litmus test for whether or not I think a person has any credibility. Have you seen any UFO's lately?
