The thing is Keith, there have been very recent redefinitions to this subject, and with the timeliness... I am just saying there are going to be some famous lawyers .... mind you I did not say "rich". Famous. Definitions are at stake. Modern ones.

If the brainscan shows a "deficiency" then, what else can we deduce? Surmise? Stereotype? It can get endless. But extermination? That means without redemption. Are we there yet?

Personally I believe this guy is the personification of what is evil in the world. He's a bad seed.

Check this out.

They should do what they do in Albania.

Let the victims survivors decide the punishment.

Then they are allowed to administer the punishment.

Does anyone hear that a second suspect was fleeing the scene with a red backpack, black camo, and multiple long guns ?

There's a theory of connection for possible motive that's been proposed, but facts are not confirmed by any leading sources I'm aware of.  Appearantly, the shooter's father was a math genius that as part of a DARPA project helped develop an artificial intelligence based software that identifies banking fraud and the flow of finances in banking transactions throughout the world.  Appearantly, this sort of software is an object of focus in the plotline of the Batman movie.
