  JUST  dawned on us last night after watching the MacY Fourth of JULY  celebration of

    GOD BLESS AMERICA    that just that one display made someone in  CHINA   very wealthy

  SO add all the flags bought (all made in CHINA) and all the fireworks  BOUGHT all over AMERICA , the land of the free and the BRAVE//////all made in CHINA??????


 who was made very rich on a ONE DAY CELEBRATION and this YEAR  two day weekend and then again on Wednesday.?????


   somewhere in CHINA  the american dollar made a millionaire out of our HARD WORK.

We used to use the renewal of China's favored nation trade status as a whipping post to make them show progress on their dismal record on human rights.  George W. Bush made that favored nation trade status permanent with no conditions opening the gates to their crap flooding our ports and markets, putting American workers who make superior, albeit slightly more expensive products out of work.  

Let's face it.  We're fucked.  For the past 30 years, politicians on both sides of the aisle, I like to call them Demopublicans, have all been working for the same corporate interests and anyone who pays attention to who is throwing lavish parties at their national conventions knows that it is the same multi-national (not American) corporations hedging their bets by courting both political parties.  At any time other than these national conventions that level of access to our elected representatives is strictly illegal.  Your access to your elected representative during these events is non-existent...the corporations can get in but you can't.

Liberals pay lip service but they're as complicit in this as are the conservatives.  I have, thus far, been very disappointed in Obama's performance but I will vote for him again because I want to believe that in his second term when he knows he has nothing to lose he might go all political-ninja on all of their asses and actually be the man he claimed to be when he ran for office in 2008.  Short of that, there is probably nothing short of an armed revolution that will change the course of this country and that is exactly what the multi-national corporations want.  China, as a result of their interest in our corporations and the Citizens United ruling giving corporations citizen status in our legislative process have us exactly where they want us...divided.  We are watching the demise of our country...and it isn't going to be pretty.

Keith I could not agree more. We are being played like a fiddle. The bad part is extremists in this country think they have it all under control. You can almost listen to a persons views and tell who they listen to to get their information. There was a time when you could turn on the news and they would report the news, now the celebraties that report the news are the news. Not many facts involved just political tail wagging. I like what James Carvil said about most people using there sources of information like a drunk uses a light pole, more for support than illumination.

By default and history proves, America like always in times of despotism - eliminated tyranny within our borders effectively.

I do have a question for ya's .. Regardless of what you believe or who and what your personal philosophy is really irrelevant ... but, do you honestly think that America would allow this Republic to "cease to exist" as founded ? Do you honestly think, America as founded, doesn't have (at this very moment) an "elite" of her very own ?

Anyway, watch what happens from now untill we leave Tampa.

A FULL AUDIT of the FED H.R. 459 with 263 co-sponsors passed the House Oversite Committee June 27th 2012 with all major audit provisions intact (can you believe this - look how far we progressed from just 7 years ago) - now H.R. 459 will be voted on the House Floor (House of Reps) sometime this month. I'll let you all know exactly when. We also have a companion bill in the Senate S. 202 and we have 20 co-sponsors so far with that one.

Until then, if you have a few spare minutes - contact your House Represenatives telling them to support Ron Paul's H.R. 459 and kindly mention DO NOT GUT THE BILL !!!! Also the companion bill S. 202  << * DO NOT GUT THE BILL !!!
