I did because they are germane to the circumstances under which Jarrod was there and was subsequently shot.
"It would have been better if the suspect had complied and opened the door, then two would be alive. That would have been the best situation by far. The next best secnario would have been the door opening with the first swing of the ram after waiting and giving dozens of announcements. Then I would have seen him with the gun in his hand running up to the door, a police Officer would probably be alive today. That would be the best outcome when a criminal decides to fire on the Police. "
It's unclear whether he knew he was firing on the police; only he knows that.

GSDAdmin.... who cares if it was one or two dozen times that the POLICE announced themselves in an activity that probably happened in seconds! People need to focus on what matters, I think, not just picking at stupid stuff.

BTW, do you know the facts of this case or are you just jumping in?
Who was the lead investigator of this case? The marijuana case?

I don't have to be there to question whether or not you ever should have been. Is the probable cause affidavit that led to the warrant available online somewhere? I'd love to read it.

I don't think she even knows what we're talking about.

Justice is not always equal! What we seek to be, is fair. Don't you mensa types get it?
