No one is perfect, but here's the deal,
There is always going to be mistakes, no one is perfect,,However, being formally educated in any venue is better then being self taught. Is there the exception, yes of course,, But when choosing a pastor, a Dr, a dentist, a vet, I prefer a formally educated one for the obvious reasons..

Ruger, so one "needs" or has to have a training in a school of divinity to be credible? How did the first people who started schools of divinity get their "credibility" that made them trustworthy, accurate, etc in their teachings? How come the idea of Total Depravity was taught until centuries after the Apostles? I know preachers of many, many years, longer than you've been alive, who are sound in their teachings. Some went to Florida College (to train to become a preacher), some went to other colleges. Not all were trained in a school of Divinity though (though a couple did actually). The preachers I've talked to, some have gone through preacher training program's as well. But though they've gone through those things, does that give them credibility? Even though they would disagree with your theory of Total Depravity?

Abiogenesis is a hypothesis that attempts to explain how life came to be. Evolutionary theory stands on it's own merit and in no way does it rely on abiogenesis. Your entitled to your beliefs, but you should be honest when presenting facts.
Evolutionists can't explain how life began, which of course is essential if evolution occurs. Have to have prokaryotic cells first before evolution can occur. Evolutionists can't agree on the ancestry of prokaryotes. I find it amusing that evolutionists make weak attempts to separate abiogenesis from evolutionary theory. The reason that they want to keep abiogeneis separate is because they can't intelligently explain how life began. BTW ever wonder why we still have prokaryotes today? Hmmmm.......You too are entitled to your "beliefs."

If aliens planted life on this earth or it was the will of a god, it still doesn't change the fact evolution has occurred. I really shouldn't have to point this out, your a *^%*ing biology teacher.

GSDguy,,I have explained my opinion/position on the subject of formal education. I can not add anything more to it..
Furthermore, the total depravity of man has been taught since the beginning, it is not a new doctrine, it's a Biblical Doctrine,,
I do not think the length of years a preacher has preached is important, but rather the knowledge and wisdom they have of Bible truth,,

Really are you posting more videos??..Do you really think anyone is watching these??,,,The answer is no,,No one is watching these Shtal accept maybe one or two others that share your same preoccupation with obsessing over the Biblical Doctrine of total depravity..
I find it very concerning spiritually speaking that you could be so hostile towards a clear Biblical teaching about mans condition. You can post videos until the cows come home and it is not going to change what I believe..
BTW, you must be a video watcher. I will post some videos for you to watch if you like...;)

You Admitted 2 years ago that you were taught by a man of what you believe.
You sent Beetree and Moons a teaching by Sprouls,
Deana I dont everr forget anything. Your always accusing people of doing things you yourself do.
The only time I send anothers site is when they can explain it better than I can what I believe.
But none of these man taught me what I believe.
I learned to use the computer 10 YEARS AGO, I became a Cristian in 1973.

btw, that video is very short (2.5 minutes in length)... also, the video takes you straight to the point - for the conclusion of this thread otherwise I wouldn't post anymore video's.
